All appointment fees can be found on our 'Fee Schedule' page.
Please note there is a separate fee schedule for Dr. Adam McLeod.
New patients should reserve a minimum of one hour for the initial consultation.
The majority of the initial appointment consists of the doctor gathering information from the patient to design a custom treatment plan.
The focus of Naturopathic Doctors is to get to the root cause of the problem rather than treating symptoms. In order to do this effectively we need as much information as possible so that we can give your body all the necessary tools to promote the healing process.
This consultation is also an opportunity for the patient to collaborate as an active participant in their care.
We require your medical records prior to your initial appointment from the hospital or clinic currently monitoring or providing you with care along with any supplements or medications you are currently taking.
If you are currently receiving chemotherapy or radiation, we will need to know your oncology protocol. A release of records form will be provided at the time of booking, the clinic will request all information on the patient's behalf.
As a courtesy, we will attempt to contact patients by email to confirm scheduled appointments ahead of time. Please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 business days) for appointment cancellations or changes. If a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 business days) is not provided a cancellation fee will be applied.
At this time, Canadians with extended health plans may receive some level of coverage. Each patient should contact their insurance company regarding their personal coverage limit for Naturopathic services. We provide a receipt of services along with the doctors license number and the patient is responsible for submitting to their insurance provider.

Naturopathic medicine is a very safe form of evidence based medicine. Dr. McLeod has his prescription rights and is well trained in natural therapies and in knowing how to use them safely with conventional therapies such as chemotherapy and radiation.
We are available to discuss treatment plans with any health care professional, at any time. For patient concerns, we have found it best that a patient return to the office for an in-person visit to discuss issues and arrange for a treatment plan that works for the patient and their team.
As practitioners of Naturopathic medicine, we treat the full spectrum of medical conditions either alone or in combination with other complementary medical treatments. Naturopathic Doctors can treat health issues that include but not limited to:
Cancer
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Diabetes
Cold and flu
Gastrointestinal disorders (Irritable Bowel Disease, leaky gut, Crohn's)
Allergies (food, environmental, seasonal)
